Overview: Optimizing the Service Supply Chain

This presentation will focus on the service supply chain, as exemplified by spare parts, with an examination of PTC Service Parts Management (SPM) and Service Parts Pricing (SPP) and the business needs they address. Logical touch points between parts management and pricing will be reviewed, in order to provide a perspective on the value opportunities that exist. Attendees will also learn how the intersection of smart, connected products and Service Parts Optimization will enable several new business models with some specific examples.
