Custom units not working in fresh copy of MathCAD 15

I upgraded my computer, and transfered the license from my old to new computer.

The OS in both computers is Windows 7 64bit.

Because I defined pli (pound force / inch) as a custom unit, I copied the two files (unit-system-SI.xml and mcdunitsystemsi.mpl) to the new setup.

However, now the units pli does not work. I can select it from the "Insert Unit" dialog, but it ends up undefined.

What else could be causing this to be un-defined?

Here is a screenshot from a very simple worksheet. All worksheets, whether new, or previously working in older versions, are the same in that the units pli are undefined.

Here is a screenshot of the Insert Unit dialog clearly showing that pli is available for selection.

I have attached the files that we modified to include the units for pli. The modified definitions are basically editted copies of the standard definition for plf units.

Hopefully you can let us know why this is not working.
