&lt;P&gt;(You should be able to translate that Mathcad 2001i sheet to Prime 9 with the built-in converter)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And then there is this article that I guess you are familiar with:&lt;/P&gt;
