When running the PTC Web Installation Assistant, once I reach the Application Selection step, there are no applications available for me to select to install.

Please be aware that Software Download is currently unavailable. All Products and releases show as “Not Available”.

This issue has been alerted in eSupport Portal.

PTC is currently working to resolve this issue.

I am having the same problem as described in the original post. It has been 1.5 years since the original post -- has this issue been resolved yet?

**EDIT** -- Please disregard. I re-applied for a download link through the website, and the second link worked to download and install Mathcad.
