    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Lori,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually that preference is for CAD documents and I was in need for WTDocument and I found that by default it is allowing to do insert operation for Doc.And even I was able to achieve it via code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Avinash, there is a preference that controls the ability to check out non-latest iterations:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Site &amp;gt; Utilities &amp;gt; Preference Management &amp;gt; Create and Edit &amp;gt; Allow checkout of non-latest iterations&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Default is to not allow the check out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
