Windchill installation error

Hello.I tried to install Windchill 10.2, but got an error. Log file contains these lines before exception stack trace: DEBUG 2015-12-01 14:32:24 - setupWindows: DEBUG 2015-12-01 14:32:43 - [exec] Server Already Configured DEBUG 2015-12-01 14:32:43 - [exec] setup.bat command-line

It looks like Windchill has previously been installed on that computer.

Delete the Windchill folders.

Use REGEDIT and remove any references to Windchill, Tomcat, Apache and JAVA that were in the old Windchill install path.

Reboot and Reinstall

The error is thrown by WindchillDS installer. Do you have a previous failed install of Windchill? If you are re-running installer after a failure, make sure WindchillDS is started. Try using a different directory for the installation of Windchill

There were no any previous installations, but when I deleted Windchill directory and choosen another local disk, installation was continued. Thank you!
