Hi all,

Are there any standard transformation rules?

When is it best to transform a part from EBOM view to SBOM view?

When is it better to keep the EBOM view instead?

Hi ,

When product is designed and we call it EBOM ,E for Engineering ,when the product is ready (released) , we need to manufacture it .

sometimes the EBOM is not adequate for manufacturing,or it needs to be assembled in different facilities so we end up from an EBOM to an MBOM (Manufacturing) ,when the product is manufactured and sold to customer we need to service it and this makes out of an MBOM an SBOM

for service BOM .
