problem with Creo 5 and uploading files to the server

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.5.0

I cannot save the file (model, drawing) or upload it to the server

Here are the errors that I faced
Server error: Cannot retrieve family table neutral data
