Hi,

you can place individual help directories in any location (mapped network drive can be used, too) and then use environment variable to "familiarize" Creo with the location of the help. You do not have to install help, you can copy help directory.

Information related to Creo 9.0:

please read Creo Installation and Administration Guide.pdf, page 65

add line similar to the following one into psf file
ENV=PTC_PMA_HC_URL_9=C:\PTC\Creo9_Help_CZ_EN\creo_help_pma

Hi,

I guess your license file contains floating license. Does the file contain SERVER and DAEMON lines?

If the answer is YES then you have to:

install FLEXnet and enter the path to your license file

FLEXnet installer is available on Creo 9.0 "DVD" ... install_license_server.exe

when installing any Creo, enter 7788@licenseservername into Source field

Note: I copied creo 3.0 M190 installation from another computer to my computer -AND- it works well with Creo 9.0 license file.
