Is it possible to create a Modbus TCP/IP slave using Kepserver v5.19 with Modbus TCP features?

I've created a new channel and a new device with the IP address as the computer I am using and with Modbus address 1. I then tested using a Modpoll software on the same computer and I was able to get data from the Kepserver. But when I tested a different computer to poll the modbus addresses, I cant establish a connection. Is there something missing in my setup?
