Can anyone help solve the problem I'm having in using redundancy master?

when using Redundancy master, only the primary server can read data, when the primary server is down, the secondary server does not work.

for the secondary server, it can only be read on the quick client as long as it fills in the prog id and remote machine name manually, whereas if you import tags via "device" in kepware, an error appears as shown in the picture.

can anyone help solve this problem?
