I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM190 on Windows 10 - 21H2
the program start and failed. did someone experience the same issue ?

Hi,

please explain what you mean with the note that Creo failed.

If it does not start, you can download https://support.ptc.com/images/cs/articles/2017/06/1497624418CabD/CS258965_WA_files.zip

, unzip it and replace your parametric.exe file with the downloaded one.

Creo starts by displaying the splash screen but crashes immediately afterwards.
For troubleshooting, I installed Windows 10 - 21H1. and it works fine with this version.
I will test again later with 21H2 and the patch you provided.
Hopefully we will switch to Creo 8.0 soon.

format the computer and now all is working fine
