    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello again friends &lt;SPAN __jive_emoticon_name="happy" __jive_macro_name="emoticon" class="jive_macro jive_emote" src="https://community.ptc.com/7.0.1.7.0.1.0_7c8e8bd/images/emoticons/happy.png"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try and save an image to a repository using the standard SaveImage service, I am getting the following non-descriptive error: &lt;SPAN style="color: #b94a48; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color: #f2dede;"&gt;Unable to Invoke Service SaveImage on Hails_GEIP.ChatMessage.Repository : \ThingworxStorage\repository\Hails_GEIP.ChatMessage.Repository\212410109 (Access is denied)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help me understand why? Or if you have seen this before, how did you get around it? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex, when you executed the SaveImage service, did you add the name of the image file in the path too? You would normally get access denied error if you just have '/' in the path. Try adding the name of the image too, for example '/test.jpg'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
