Our manufacturing departement often uses Creo View files to anticipate model volume for transportation etc.... This is done via the enveloppe feature available when selecting the components.
This analysis has to be launched each time they have to do a new calculation.
In Creo View (4.0 included) the model tree columns are customizable with parameters (Options ==> Global ==> General ==> Navigation ==> Configure alternatif columns), one of them is Model Extents (mm)(it represents the biggest value between X, Y, and Z shown in an enveloppe) :
This parameter is not enough to anticipate the model volume, can you make available all coordinate (X, Y, Z) from enveloppe to the customizable Creo View column parameters? This will avoid launching a new analysis each time to have the 3 necessary values... :
