Assembly Regenration Error

While regenrating assembly an error symbol with alphabet 'D' and cross over it occurs in status bar. What does it mean ?? How to resolve it ?

I am sorry I can't help you, because I have never see "crossed D" symbol in status bar.

It means "Disconnected" and it will appear where there is some problem with the mechanism constraints.
