Assembly sub-type

I looked in Creo's help but didn't find my answer. Could you explain what is the assembly sub type named "check" used for ?

Verify assembly enables you to Virtually Inspect Machined Parts and Assemblies for Quality Assurance.

Thanks Martin. I don't have the Pro/Verify module , but now I know it does exist.
