Basic Toolbar Problems

I have the student edition of Creo 3.0. The only options for shapes I have in the sketcher toolbar are center circle, center rectangle, and line segments. How do I get the rest of the options, corner rectangle, etc. that are available? Thanks

please take a screenshot of Creo window and publish it.

Question:

What screen resolution is set on your PC ?

Suggestion:

Search whole disk (C:, D:, ...) for the following files:

• creo_parametric_customization.ui
• creo_parametric_admin_customization.ui

If you find them, rename them temporarily and test Creo again.
