It looks like Creo saves a new version of our part and assembly files every time we save in CREO , what is the fastest and easiest way to delete older versions and only keep the latest version ? We have some large Robot assemblies with many components and would like to know if there is an easy way to do this on all the components at one time ?

Search the web for Spekan Purge utility.
Creo comes with a basic purge utility built in. It's run from the command line in the folder containing the files that you want to remove. Simply type "purge" at the command prompt.
The Spekan Purge Utility is a more advanced tool with a graphical user interface and the ability to leave the last X files, rename all the remaining files to .1 and purge into sub-folders.
Don't forget that these files are your "backup" in case of file corruption or a some arbitrary OOPS. Don't be to diligent about your housecleaning!!!
CreoPurge from ProESite - Olaf Corten's Pro/ENGINEER Site is my favorite. It works in Windows Explorer environment.
