Best way to import STL or OBJ files

Best way to import STL or OBJ files

Is there a best way to import STL or OBJ files (mainly used for 3D printing) in CREO Parametric?

I was not able to get parts with a smooth finish by using the OPEN function, those little triangles do not translate well to a nice finished surface, they look really ugly and blocky after I export/save them using the Shrinkwrap option.
Even on level 10 for Shrinkwrap they still look awful in the end! Wish they had level 100 in there...

Is there a better way to obtain a CREO part starting with an STL or OBJ file?
Thank you!

(I really hope I chose the correct location for this message)

No, I do not know how to use that feature...
Any tutorials out there that you might be able to recommend?
YouTube or PDFs, I will go through them!

Many thanks!!!

In Freestyle, perform reconstruction for any imported STL or OBJ data and on an optimized model in which you can edit the facets. Quickly perform reconstruction on an edited optimized model, to update the surface geometry. Use the reconstruction process for any imported facetted model, to ...

Important information !!!

At the end of the video, its creator informs that user must have:

Free Style license + Topology Optimization license

-OR-

Free Style license + Reverse Engineering license

Topology Optimization and Reverse Engineering licenses are not part of the basic Creo licenses, they must be purchased separately.
