Blank screen when viewing PDF's in Productview

We have deployed PDMLink 9.0 and are using Productview Lite 9.0. We have our system set up to create PDF's of the Pro/E drawings. Some users get a blank screen when openning the PDF's in Productview. Assemblies and parts open fine. The users having the problem usually have Adobe Acrobat loaded. We have found problems if Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader are version 9 and loading Reader 8 fixes most problems. Has anyone else experienced problems like this? Does it have to do with the versions of Adobe or the order they are loaded?

Hi

we had this problem and found out by our VAR that 9.0 does not support Acrobat Reader 9 or above.

In other words, 9.0 was designed to work with Reader 8. Our IT had to ensure that all PDMLink users have Reader 8 and that it does not update automatically.
