CREO 10 CANNOT SAVE/EXPORT AS STL AND NO SUPPORT STRUCTURE IN SLICER

I need help.  I have several files I need to export as either .stl or .3mf for printing.  Just for reference, I am trying to use Creatbot Creatware software for slicing for a D600 Pro.  I cannot get the slicing function to work in Creo either, this is another problem.

I've checked every setting I can find which was suggested to check/change.  My cord dimension is defaulted to Zero.  I get several Error messages.

When trying to save as stl, this shows...Unable to triangulate part.

I've run the geometry check, there are a couple of caution messages..."Non manifold geometry may have been created
Analyze hilited edges and redefine the feature".   I have no idea what this means, nor how to fix it.

Another issue I'm having is with the slicer.  I have some models which I did export as .stl, but did have a problem in slicer, other files I cannot export as .stl and have the same messages in slicer as those that I did export.

It doesn't matter if I have the file open and send to print, or create a file from start for printing, there are 2 issues (this is as far as I can get).  The first issue is I cannot arrange on tray...this message pops up: STL CREATION FAILED: CLICK FINALIZE AND ASSIGN NEW VALUES TO THE STL PARAMETERS.  I also get this message..."CANNOT PERFORM 3D PRINT...This model cannot be printed using the default 3Dprinting STL parameters.  Define different values in the STL parameter dialog and initiate the 3D printing again".  At some point, I also received a message, something about DSK and dll files not being loaded...or something like this.  I don't remember what I was doing, nor did I snapshot the message.  As far as I can tell, I have all files associated with additive mfg in my license file.

The second problem is... the Generate Support and Edit Support icons are greyed out.  The one file I really need is 62 meg, too large to upload here.

When you get the unable to triangulate error, is Creo showing in the graphics window the area(s) which are the source of the error? It would typically highlight the problem areas in a different color.

If Creo is not able to triangulate the model, then you will not get an STL output. This is typically due to bad geometry in the model. You must resolve this in Creo if you intend to export the model geometry using STL format. Without more details it is difficult to make suggestions.

"Non manifold geometry may have been created; Analyze hilited edges and redefine the feature"

This error is typically a result of the surfaces of the geometry not being closed (gaps or holes in the envelope) which will prevent triangulation from working. The hilited edges should be visible in the graphics window.

I'm not sure.  The model will regen without warnings.  If I run the geometry check, it points to some edges for extruded profile, and a sketch I used a spline to trace a profile to extrude a depth.  I tried to snapshot what it is showing.  What else can I provide to aid?

In general, having geom checks in the model is not a good thing, even if the model regenerates.

I do not have Creo 10 installed yet. Suppress the extruded text (P40 Warhawk....) I see in the model and then save the model in a neutral format. Try saving the model as STEP using the AP214_is protocol and export the solid if it is a solid model in Creo. Also try exporting it as a Creo neutral file. When you zip these the file size should be within the upload limits here. I can open either of those formats in Creo 9.

I will attempt.  I did fix the joints at the bridge supports, now the geometry check icon is greyed out.  Still won't export as stl

Did you resolve the "Generate Support and Edit Support icons are greyed out" problem?  If so, could you please elaborate on what cause the issue and what the fix was?

I still have not received an answer that has fixed this, nor have I been able to figure out why they icons are greyed out.
