Calculation of Internal Surface area not overall area

Hi....could any one suggest me that how to find the internal surface area of a part(plastic)

You need to capture the internal surfaces using the Seed & Boundary functionality.  Here's what it will look like when you're done (see below).  There are good instructions in the PTC help files on how to do this - I also attached a writeup for you to follow:
