Can't Use ANSI Fasteners

Hi all,

We have the full license for IFX. I have access to some catalogs (mm for example) but I can't assemble fasteners from the ANSI-ENGLISH catalog, which is what we use in production.

I get the below error:

Annotation 2020-05-15 153929.png

I know that the ANSI fastener files are not stored in the common files/ifx/parts/IFX_fastener_data folder, but instead in the common files/ifx/parts/prolibrary folder.

What setting do I change so that I can use ANSI-English catalog fasteners?

Hi,

normaly this creo option should be set by default.

Please have a look to "C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 6.0.3.0\Common Files\text\config.pro"

There you should find the necessary option:

search_path_file $CREO_COMMON_FILES\ifx\parts\prolibrary\search.pro
