Can we change the thread size created by hole feature using relation?

I want to change the thread size from M8 to M10 when the size of component increases. Currently I created two separate hole with M8 and M10 and activating it using pro-program when matches with criteria.

Is there is any other option by using relation.

Not possible using the standard hole feature. You could instead create your own custom hole features (and note) and then control these.
