Can you not use FASTENER_ID in custom hole callout?

FASTENER_ID is a valid token, I believe.

 

But your "DEFAULT_CALLOUT_FORMAT_DATA" does not follow the convention I am expecting.  For example, the value in the HOLE_TYPE column specifies the type of hole, not the  specific size!  I don't think you can have different notes depending on the size.  For that, break up your tables into several files.

 

Search this forum and the internet for "DEFAULT_CALLOUT_FORMAT_DATA", and you'll see threads such as:

Not sure what happened to your question, but here is one of my hol files with the DEFAULT_CALLOUT_FORMAT_DATA section populated.

By the way, that file is intended to be used with Creo 8.0 or later.  Some of the tokens being used don't exist in earlier versions.
