Cannot connect windchill and creo

Hello,

I want to connect my windchill account with my creo 7,

However it shows error:

- 715db4df-2d3f-48b1-a37c-76142da3116c

- 8fd84892-af44-4065-8653-7c673a6ee021

everytime I open creo, and show nothing after selecting: File>Manage Session>Server Management.

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

Try rebooting your computer.

Is the Server Management window hidden behind your Creo window? Go to your task bar and you should be able to pull it to the foreground.
