Chamfer on sprocket teeth profile edge
Hi, I am trying to apply chamfer on the edge of sprocket teeth, I tried to create a sweep feature by drawing the chamfer profile but i am getting non uniform surfaces as shown in the image.

It appears that you have an issue with your sweep trajectory. Confirm that the trajectory has C1 or higher continuity along its length. If it not at least tangent you will get this distortion in a chamfer on the edge. The section orientation of the sweep will also affect this geometry. If you visualize the chamfer being cut on a real part that should guide the section orientation.

Looks to me like your geometry is collapsing onto itself, you'll have to play with it and see what will work.
