Color Selector

How do I locate the selector, because I'm making a CAD for a school project and I need to make each component individual colors because they're side by side

At the bottom of the Part&Assy menu, expand the properties section. Select Part. Select the part you wish to modify (either from the viewport, or from the Structure Browser).
