Combined States in a drawing View

1st...
I cannot figure out how to post a new question on the users forum website.

Wildfire 4.0.

I'm trying to show a Combined State for a view in a drawing.

I set-up the combined state in the ASM model file. And I see everything I want to see, just right.

When I add a view to the drw file using (or changing to) the Combined State, I cannot see through the circuit boards to see the wiring underneath, as I can in the ASM file Combined State mode.

What am I missing?

See Help section: Detailed Drawings/To Show Models in Various View States

From help section:

"However, drawing views do not recognize style states stored in an assembly
combination state."

There are lot's of other excpetions too.

Thanks,

jef

I think your only option is to edit the drawing view component visibility of the circuit board to 'wireframe' or 'phantom transparent' or similar.
