Create an unfolded view of a bent plate in a steel assembly

In a steel assembly I have 4 lifting lugs made of bent 20mm plate. As well as showing the bend in the drawing I want to show the unfolded plate. I have bent the plate by coverting to sheet metal and created the unfolded pattern in the model. In drawing I can only show either bent or unfolded

Create a family table or an instance so that you can bring the second model into the drawing.

One instance will be the folded and one instance will be the unfolded.

In the family table, in the column that you have the feature for unbend, one will be Y and the other N.

In my table I have three lengths - then the flat pattern, the open ends (folded), with end - closed.

Hope this helps.

Dale,

Many thanks for your quick reply
