Created tabel com level

Hello.

I'm trying to create a table in 2D drawing where it should appear the level of assemblies and materials.

Ex.

Item level code description
1 1 033 assembly
2 2 044 piece
3 3 055 sheet steel 3.0mm

I can not find the correct parameter for this problem.

thank you

But I'm not able to include the right filters for the assembly.

They are getting separated between assembly and parts.

The levels are only getting in the assembly.

I understood how you made the connections.

My filter mode is not working.

You could reproduce the table with the assembly and parts.

I would be very grateful.

Hello

I made the list appear the parent assembly of the pieces

When reproducing with a more assembly did not work.

Below the first figure shows your table with success.

And the second image with problem in the table the assembly out of order

Hi,

please send me data corresponding to the picture. Also attach picture where you mark wrong values + display correct values.

Hi

Attach the images and the file.

Explanation:

Imagine a project with two or three assemblies inside a parent assembly.

This is what I reproduced in this file sent to you, an assembly with two other assembly inside. Each assembly has a part with an included material.

The moment I went to remove the list the levels of the pieces were correct, but the levels and order of the assemblies were wrong.

The correct image shows how it should appear in the list.

I have several projects like this example that I sent to you.

The problem with the wrong way of the list is that it would not know which part is from which set.

Hi,

for multi-level assemblies it is too complicated to create "live" parametric table. If I were you I would use non-parametric approach.

I would follow these steps...

  • create upper "live" parametric table (it contains red unwanted lines)
  • save "live" parametric table as csv file ... see mytable1.csv
  • copy mytable1.csv into mytable2.csv
  • edit mytable2.csv ... remove unwanted lines and correct ITEM numbers (you can edit file in Notepad or in Excel)
  • load mytable2.csv back to Creo drawing ... you will get bottom non-parametric table
  • remove upper "live" parametric table

Martin Hanák

thank you so much

This is what I was trying to develop, when I import the worksheet into excel I can edit those blank parts and that's okay.

I will now study what you have changed from filters and rules to apply on all new items to be designed.

I forgot to send the table I made.
