Creation Date of a model

Is there a Parameter I can add to my model togive me the creation date of the part? I would like to have this parameter so I can populate a note in the drawing.

You can use &todays_date in a drawing note to get the date that the note was created. It converts to text so that it won't change in the future. Place it in a table cell in your drawing format and it will populate with the date of drawing creation.

I don't think there's an equivalent for parts & assemblies, however.
