Creo 1.0 Direct, New Component

Hi folks,

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to create a new component while in assembly mode in Creo 1.0 Direct?

Is it fixed in 2.0?

Am I just totally missing the button somewhere?

By the way, if I'm posting in the wrong group, please let me know. The whole Creo Elements/Direct thing has me confused...not just this group, but the whole transition PTC did from WF5 to Creo/Elements, etc.

I think your question is in the wrong area - this is Elements/Direct, which is different from just plain Direct.

This is not a capability within Creo Direct 1.0, but is now possible within Creo Direct 2.0.
