Creo 10.0 ....while installing software i am stuck in step 2 ....even after I entered correct sales order number it is showing invalid file format .....how to solve this problem?

it looks like PTC license generator is not able to generate valid license file for 
Please open Command prompt window, run ipconfig /all > ip.txt command and upload ip.txt file.
