Creo 10 -- printing centerlines -- proper scale

I'm trying to get centerlines to print properly, either on paper or PDF.  My DRW is shown in 1st pic.  The centerlines are adjusted so that each hole has the small dashes in the center.  The 2nd pic is what the PDF output looks like -- small dashes are gone.  I found plot_linestyle_scale setting, which does exactly what I'm looking for, but for the DOTFONT line style (hidden lines).  Anybody know how to similarly adjust scaling factor for CTRLFONT line style?

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

• The attachment's ft-37653.prt content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.

I opened your drawing in Creo 10.0.6.0 and generated PDF using Save As command. See attachment.

My config.pro contains following options:

Suggestion:

• rename your config.pro files to put them out of service
• start Creo, open drawing, generate PDF
• if axis in PDF are generated as requested then some config.pro option is the root of the problem
