That does not help us in helping you. No one can debug a traceback error except PTC tech support, even if you had included the traceback information. PTC tech support will not help you because Creo 3 is about 6 years past support life.
Give us more information about what you were doing when you got the error and someone may have a suggestion or two.
Try upgrading to a newer release of Creo3, if you have maintenance. Since it is Creo 3, I am guessing that your company bought the license and never bothered to buy the annual maintenance. Since you can no longer buy Creo, only subscribe to an annual license, you should look at getting a newer version of Creo and see if that solves your issue.
Some old solutions to this problem can be found here - "How to Fix "Fatal Error Encountered. A traceback has been written"": https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/How-to-Fix-quot-Fatal-Error-Encountered-A-traceback-has-been/m-p/417363
Hi,
Tried the above workaround, but it didn't help.
User is able to open cad drawing from Creo. But while editing the drawing, the screen goes to not responding mode and then application is getting crashed.
It is noticed that the issue is coming for specific drawings.
Issue is also appearing while opening drawing in offline.

We are using Creo 3 version, but does it help with this config file of Creo 2?
