Referenced in the help but the clicks are gone? Anyone know what the deal is?
To Create a Markup
1. Click File > New.
2. In the New dialog box, click Markup and OK.
3. From the Markup dialog box, select or retrieve an object.
4. Type a name for the object you are creating. The default name is your user ID.
