Creo Parametric 4.0 External Cosmetic Thread Note Display

I cut a diameter on a shaft to 30mm, and then I added a cosmetic thread M30 to the diameter. I try to display the M30 note in 'show annotation' in my desired view, but no note is available. The only dimension that displays is the minor effective diameter of the thread. Any idea on how to display the default thread note like that was available in Creo 2.0?

Try the following:

When you create the cosmetic thread in the Properties tab, make sure that in the FORM cell say ISO or the standard you use. In class H or L. The smaller diameter is left by default. The Major diameter is the diameter you want. The thread step you should know according to your thread. I hope it works for you.
