Hi all,
One of the Marketing person was using Creo View 2.0 without any issues but now when we try to open pvz file it gives attached error saying Creo(R) View - productview.exe has stopped working. I deleted all adobe applications from machine since someone else similer probem got fixed with it but in my case it's still giving same error. Does anyone has similar situation.

This seems to be sue to Intel drivers as Fault Module in details is ig7icd32.dll, related to Intel.
- Try clearing cache under %AppData%\Roaming\PTC\ProductView
- Try updating graphics driver.
