I have a customer who needs to visualize assemblies in Creo View from Creo.
When he opens Creo View, however, some components of the assemblies are not showing up.
He hasn't been able to identify a pattern: there are no specific formats, specific features, specific components who are not loaded.
Does any of you have an idea about where does this issue come from ?
He also mentioned that assemblies which have been checked in recently are showing up, but the revisions of the components contained within are not automatically updated, so I was wondering if it could be an issue of synchronization as well.
