Creo View - shows hidden construction geometries

Hi,

we use Creo View 3.0 with Creo 2.0. Windchill 10.1

If we Export files from Creo and open them in Creo View, it shows construction surfaces. But in Creo view they were hidden. (see attached picture - the left block should not be visible.)

anybody knows this problem?

it does not happen all the time.

When you say "But in Creo view they were hidden", do you mean:

Opening Creo files directly in Creo View they are OK, when opening export in Creo View they show surfaces that should be hidden?

What if you open the export in Creo Parametric?

sorry for the late reply.

sorry a mean in Creo Parametric everything looks ok. No additional surfaces.

in Creo View the additional surfaces are visible.

We have found out, if we open the files directly from Windchill everything is ok. This should be enough.
