Hello,
I'm trying to install Creo 11.0 Student Edition, but I'm stuck at the license step in the Installation Assistant.
After I enter the product code **BE110908EDSTUDENTEDK12**, it says "Success!" — but in the "License Sources" section below, the generated license file shows the following error:
**"Bad file or format"**
(C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BE110908EDSTUDENTEDK12_license.dat)
Because of this, I cannot proceed with the installation.
I’ve already:
- Disabled my antivirus software (including Alyac)
- Deleted all previous files in the `Licensing` folder
- Run `setup.exe` as Administrator
- Tried restarting the process from scratch
Could you please help me resolve this issue, or let me know if I can manually download and register the license file?
Thank you in advance!
