Hi,
I have a machined part that have an external merge of the casting part as the first feature. In the casting part, I have ref. datum planes. I want to use these datum planes as reference to place new datum planes in the machined part. However I cannot have these planes as reference planes in the machined part model. I tried to check the "Copy Datums" option; however it does not help me to have these datums as reference.
Any solutions to this problem?
