Drawing, Assembly, Details add to collecto in 'save As' in Windchill - how to

I have selected the two detail .prt models and set Drawings to ‘Initial Selected Only’. The Dependents is set to ‘Required’. I want to add the CAD drawing for the two detail parts so I can save as everything at the same time and maintain associativity.

Kathy....start with the CAD.asm file and select the Save As from the Actions menu. With the Configuration set to Required Dependants the Commonspace Save As dialog box should contain the .asm and its required .prt/.asm children. Select all in this dialog box and then select each Icon above the list to Collect Parts, Drawings, Family Table, etc as desired. Review the completed list and proceed to Name, Number and Set Location forthe new objects.
