Rene Two answers, One you save symbols when you define them from a drawing. The symbol will be stored (write) in a folder that is shown in the message window or a new one that you choose. Second a palette is a drawing that you insert the symbols you want. Next you set your config.pro option to look for that drawing you created by name and location. That should get you going.
