Running Creo 10. Tried to create a new Datum A. However, it says the label was duplicated and gave me the squiggly underline. I checked my tree, and there is no other Datum A anywhere in it.

The first link simply references the second link FYI. Just start with the second link. One thing I'd like to point out to the Creo team is that this fix was supposed to be for Creo 7. I'm running Creo 10 and it looks like it still hasn't been fixed, so I guess I'll have to do this manual work-around every time...
@JR_10680659 Was your drawing newly created or was it an older drawing (or copied from) ? I am under the impression this is a legacy drawing issue.. These "update drawing" fixes can potentially cause other undesired changes, so PTC doesn't want to introduce other unexpected bugs by "auto-magically" fixing it.
There is another version of this problem, that I thought was covered in the other link, apparently I copy-pasted the wrong link. I'll try harder next time 😉
