I have a tolerance note that is on several drawings. Most of them I can edit if necessary using annotate, but I have a couple that I cannot whether using annotate, sketch, table, .....
Is there a way that maybe a previous user could have locked this, and that I need to unlock it somehow before I can edit it.
Thanks,
Dale

It's most likely a part of that format itself which is not editable. If you have a more recent version of the format where you CAN change the rev block, replace the format with the new one and it should work. We have similar "dead" tolerance blocks on our formats, and I'm in the process of changing them to "live" ones.
Good luck.

I ended up taking the tolerance out of the format and added it back as a note. We have our standard tolerances and then there are some that need special tolerance blocks. But substituting a format that did not have the tolerance and adding it back in as a note, I could then set the tolerances as desired.
Thank you for your help.
