I am very appreciative for the detailed video with the highlights on the clicks.
I wasn't aware that the basic Creo would let you manipulate the texture. The clicks in Creo 2.0 are slightly different as the Edit Model Appearance is now on the bottom of the Appearance Gallery drop-down.
What wasn't clear to me until I reviewed your excellent example, the fact that you cannot edit the mapping of the texture or bump for that matter on a generic appearance definition. Mapping is only available -after- the appearance is placed. D'oh! I don't know if I would have ever stumbled onto that without seeing you do it.
So let me add one other quick tip... want a dirty wood floor? Add the Wood/Maple.tx3 to the Bump. Now you have a well worn floor
