Equivalent of cam follower mechanism for a conical cylinder
I would like to replace the wedge/cam structure in the assembly video below with a cone such as the one in the cone image below and have the same result as in the video. I have tried looking for an answer but I have not seen one that is acceptable yet. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
*I am using PTC creo parametric 9.0 student edition

Hi,
- add surface feature (yellow color) using pentagon section
- use individual surface to define cam connection
- hide surface feature

Thank you very much for the help again. I had never used the surfaces tab before, it was a great learning experience, I have attached it working for reference.
