It's easy to make one... Just start with a sheet of metal and pattern some cuts. If you have a large number of openings, your regen performance will be poor, so I would stop using patterned cuts and switch to either of these methods: 1) a patterned datum curve (just cosmetic, so you could adjust your material density accordingly) 2) create a surface instead of a cut, then transform it, then pattern it, then merge them, then create a cut using that surface. 3) Create a thin flat surface representing one 'cell', then pattern it, then merge them, then create a thin feature from that surface Method #3 might be the best in this case.
